At VIP Specialists, we make it simple and secure for patients to request and receive their medical records online. Our digital records system allows patients to quickly access, download, and share their health records from their smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Through our partnership with Clearpath, patients can conveniently request their records and receive them electronically in a secure environment.

How to get Clearpath

If you need prior records, please follow the steps below.
1. Simply Create an Account at patient.myclearpath.com/login
2. You will be asked to enter your First and Last Name, Date of Birth, E-mail, and Time zone.
3. Once you create an account you will get a temporary password sent to your e-mail
4. Use the temporary password and your email address to log in
5. Request your records

How to Request Records
1. Once logged into Clearpath, select the Request Record Tab
2. To request a record, select the Request Record button on the bottom right corner
3. Select Record Custodian (VIP Specialist)
a. If you do not see the facility’s name listed, please reach out to help@myclearpath.com
4. Select records to request and date Range
5. Agree to the terms and conditions and submit
* Prior to requesting your records, please ensure a copy of your Photo ID is attached to your profile under the My Identity Tab
